Refund policy

All apparels are strictly non-refundable due to hygiene reasons, unless there is any defect upon delivery receipt (photo proof to be sent to Seller within 2 working days of receipt). 

For sizing matters, customers are advised to check against the respective listings' measurements before purchase.  If in doubt, customer may schedule an appointment to visit in-store for viewing before purchase. Viewing is private and 1-1 (you may bring along a friend/partner).
