Physical Store

• Located @S159836 (Bukit Merah Central)
• Opens daily, 11am to 7pm (prior booking required)
• Accepts payment in cash/PayNow/LifeSG
• Viewing is done 1-1, and u can bring along a friend/partner
• Typical session last approx an hour plus, so do cater time to browse leisurely. If you are in a rush, preorder and collect instore.
•  Strictly no trying on. Samples are on display for browsing. We will bring out different colors and sizes to show.
• All visitors have to wash their hands prior to entry
• No shows without prior informing, will not be entertained subsequently 

Contact Info (Shipping)

• If mobile number is not provided, any issues pertaining to order fulfilment/clarifications, will be sent via email. Kindly check your email regularly for any clarifications/updates. 

• All items are packed in white courier polybags or brown carton boxes. 

• All shipping is via SingPost, normal parcel mail (less than 500g).
• Any item that is larger than the permitted size (324 x 229 x 65mm) will not be fulfilled.
• If item exceeds SingPost's basic package sizing, please opt for courier delivery via our Lazada/Shopee stores. 

• Delivery by SingPost takes between 2-5 working days, starting from the day after posting. SingPost works half day on Sat and closed on Sun/PH.
• Platform such as Lazada and Shopee takes 2-5 working days for delivery from date of dropping at courier points. Courier do not work on Sun/PH. 

• If order is via this website, please indicate in address field "Self Collection".
• If order is via Lazada, please remember to select Instore Collection as delivery point. 
• Once order is made and paid, please telegram us to schedule an appointment for collection. We are open daily 11-7pm, by prior appointment. 

• AhBoy2Man is not responsible for any loss or failed delivery due to incomplete address provided by Buyer or failure to collect at designated courier points (where applicable)

• We do not entertain refunds/exchange due to wrong address/wrong size.
• Faulty/damaged apparels have to be reported within 2 working days from receipt of parcel for 1-1 exchange (subjected to stock availability).
• Faulty/damaged adult toys have to be reported within 14 days from receipt of parcel for 1-1 exchange (subjected to stock availability).   

Cancellation of Order

• Any order that is cancelled by AhBoy2Man, will have refunds credited via the same mode of payment between 2-5 working days by the respective payment providers.
